  • Led the transition to Electronic T-System in the Emergency Department while coordinating a full-hospital switch to QuadraMed EMR
  • Directed the complete MedHost implementation for a startup surgical hospital
  • Spearheaded a Telestroke program expanding neurological access for rural patients
  • Integrated EMS-to-hospital EKG interfaces for faster cardiac response times
